- Compression molding: In order to create molded rubber products through compression molding, we first preheat the rubber polymers before putting them in a mold cavity that applies pressure and creates the shape. This is great when clients order large items at small quantities.
- Transfer molding:This automated process is ideal in creating molded rubber in medium volumes. The rubber is heated and stored in a pot before being transferred (thus, the process’ namesake) into the mold, where it forms.
- Rubber injection molding: When manufacturers need a large quantity of any rubber good, they turn to our team and our rubber injection molding process. Hot liquid rubber is stored and injected into molds to create these custom pieces.
